Talent is everywhere.
Opportunity is not.

TechXplo Foundation closes the distance between the classroom and the tech industry — with mentorship, real projects and people who stay in a student's corner.

A foundation students can rely on

Community first

We apply technical skill where it is needed most — solving real problems for schools and non-profits in our own communities.

Mentorship

Every student is paired with practitioners who guide them week to week and open doors into the industry.

Innovation

Students learn by building and shipping real products, not by watching tutorials on a projector.

About us

Bridging the gap between education and the tech industry.

TechXplo Foundation is the non-profit arm of TechXplo, run by working engineers alongside their day jobs.

We kept meeting bright students with no way in — no laptop, no mentor, no first project to point at. So we built the on-ramp.

Students join structured programs, work with practising professionals, and ship software that real organisations depend on.

They leave with a portfolio, a network, and proof — not a certificate for sitting through a course.

Learners spend real working days inside tech teams — standups, code reviews, client calls — and leave knowing what the job actually is.

Student members design, build and deploy production websites for organisations that could never afford one, mentored end to end.

Access to the industry

We take students to conferences and meetups so their first professional network starts forming before they graduate.

What people say

Trusted by the families and organisations we work with.

"My son had an amazing job-shadowing experience with TechXplo. In addition to the many skills he gained, he also learned how to build a website on his own. The staff, especially Eugene, were incredibly caring and patient throughout. I would highly recommend this programme to others."
